    What you want to do is actually extremely dangerous. The only possible ways would be intense physical changes which can seriously harm your body. Some ways include starvation diet+intense physical workouts, starvation diets, intense workouts. What you want to do is similar to anorexia and your body will feel the same affects of anorexia. Please save yourself the trouble and start on a workout program over the course of 5 – 8 months.

    Orville Redenbacher’s Regular Butter Popcorn to be exact. I’m currently on a weight loss diet and am being very careful with what I eat and how much I eat. I understand anything is fine in moderation but I just want to clarify how much of it is enough? To add on, I also work out every day, running the track, walking around the neighborhood, and a daily exercise routine. Along with the odd flag football game.

    Read the nutritient facts on the package. Homemade popcorn with real butter instead of the fake stuff in packaged food would be better. You could control the salt and butter portions. Overall popcorn isn’t that bad a snack, it is mostly air, it only takes a small handful of kernels to fill a huge bowl. If you don’t go crazy on the toppings it is good.

    We have the same enemy for long time. I don’t have any confidence to face some people because of my size.
    My will pushes me to search the world wide web for possible solutions and I came across with this site and this one was very helpful for oversize people just like us… they have number of diet plans and other related weight loss ideas.. My size a month ago was 83 kg and now I am only 70 kg…
    I assure you that you will get the same outcome with mine…

    I think it all starts with eating right and doing excerise first. I wasn’t always in shape. Many years ago I was very overweight and didn’t watch what I ate and it quickly became out of control. I tried every machine and diet food out there..along with many diet programs but none of them worked. A few years back I tried a program called the automatic fat loss system which worked wonders for me. It takes you through everything you need to know in order to lose weight fast.     I had a colon resection via open abdominal surgery. They had to remove the part of my colon that is non functioning and blocked. I am 26 and just 10 lbs. over my ideal weight. When can I go back to my weight loss diet without impeding my recovery.

    I normally have fat free milk which is about 90 calories a cup, 13g carbs and 0g fat. I recently tried un sweetened vanilla flavored almond milk, 40 calories a cup, 2g carbs, 3g fat. It tastes really good too! I was wondering if I can have a cup of it per day on my diet…is taking 3g of fat from this a bad idea? How many grams of fat per day are you supposed to eat on a weight loss diet?

    Yes, the almond milk is much better for you. The carbohydrates are what gets converted by your liver into fat that gets stored on your stomach and hips. With this substitution of almond milk for fat free milk, you’re getting 11g fewer carbohydrates and the fats that you get will be much healthier for your body than the casein (milk protein) that you would have gotten from the milk. In addition you’re skipping all the hormones that are naturally and un-naturally added to the milk. Those hormones cause you to grow and store fat too.

    A popular diet for weight loss is Zone diet. It has 30 % calories from proteins, 30 % calories from fats and 40 % calories from carbohydrates. Unfortunately, you didn’t give height/weight, so I can’t estimate the number of grams, but here’s an example:

    5′ 8″ girl is 170 lbs and wants to lose weight. Her starting BMI is 25.9.
    If she went down to BMI 22.0 she’d be about 145 lbs. With a bit of light exercise she’d need 2000 calories to maintain her weight at 145, and might need to cut to about 1750 or 1700 calories to lose weight safely at 1 to 2 lbs per week. BMI isn’t always right, but it’s pretty good for average people who are not professional athletes or body builders. Each gram of fat is worth 9 calories, so when losing weight on 1750 calories x 30 % fats / 9 calories/g = 58 g of fat in diet per day. No more than 10 g should be saturated fats according the the US govt suggested diet.
